I believe that "go green" means to adopt, to embrace a "greener" lifestyle, and by that I mean taking all the possible measures that we can so that we can be able to protect the environment.
In order for that to happen we must reduce our energy consumption as well as our carbon dioxide emissions, which will be expressed in the decrease of both the greenhouse effect and global warming`s consequences.

If someone wants to "go green", there are several things that everyone can do. While seeing the video I took note of these ones below:

-Use an eletric or a hybrid car;
-Change to energy efficient light bulbs (even though there`re expensive, they use less energy to light up so we can save some money in the eletricity bill);
-Recycle;
-Make a compost pile;
-Reduce water consumption (by taking shorter showers, for example);
-Unplug all the eletric appliances when possible;
-Avoid wasting things;

Going green in my opinion means living a better and healthier life style. But to do so we must take immediate actions. Our planet is in danger and it´s natural resources are becoming scarce. The Earth is heating up and in the future many species will disappear.
So start now and go green!
Plant trees, recycle, save as much water as you can, ride a bicycle when possible and try to reduce pollution.
If you start today you can make a difference for the next generations. They also deserve a green and fabulous world.
